INCONY directors – competent and customer-oriented
The three members of INCONY’s board of directors H.Aisch, J.Bernad, and E.Radeke founded the company and are the main shareholders. They invested funds obtained as personal loans in the start-up years. The board of directors has always emphasized competence and customer-orientedness. As a result, polls by independent consultancy companies showed that INCONY staff is considered competent, committed, and very customer-oriented.
Dr. Elke Radeke, Head of Marketing, Sales and HR
Elke Radeke studied Computer Science and Business Administration at the Universities of Koblenz and Paderborn. She received a PhD in 1995 for her work in database technology from Prof. Dr. Scholl. She subsequently worked at the C-LAB research institute on a project for interfacing databases with the Internet, while collaborating with the companies Siemens and Bertelsmann. In 1996 she formed a team to deal with the topic web-based maintenance of data for cross media applications and up to the year 2000 she led several projects on a European scale. Elke Radeke was instrumental in the management buyout of and founding of INCONY AG and has been responsible for the marketing, sales, and human resources activities of the company.
Holger Aisch, Head of Product Development
Holger Aisch studied Computer Science at the University of Paderborn. He worked at the C-LAB research institute on several projects on a European scale and with an emphasis on database technology, data structures, classifications, data modelling, data exchange formats, interfaces, web technologies and web-accessible distributed database systems. Holger Aisch was instrumental in designing and implementing the first ANTEROS versions and in realizing and leading the first commercial customer projects. He took part in the management buyout and founding of INCONY AG and is the head of the product development.
Jorge Bernad, Head of Customer Projects
Jorge Bernad studied Computer Science at the Universities of Saragossa and Paderborn. He subsequently worked at the C-LAB research institute, contributing to the first ANTEROS versions. He took part in the management buyout and founding of INCONY AG and has conducted and coordinated a number of customer projects. Jorge Bernad is now in charge of the company-wide coordination of projects.
