INCONY's 2015 Customer Survey

The consulting company Grothus van Koten Mittelstandsmarketing KG conducted a survey among INCONY customers in autumn 2015. The participation rate of 27.06% was quite high - a big thank you to you!

96% of the respondents were satisfied with INCONY, 58% very pleased and 11% were thrilled.

3. Better than the Competition

The survey shows that INCONY scores well compared to other providers, especially in terms of speed (47% better than other providers), service (35% better than other providers) and degree of innovation (35% better than other providers).
Overall, INCONY is rated "more favourable" compared to its competitors.
