INCONY Customer Survey 2011

In 2011 the consulting firm Grothus van Koten Mittelstandsmarketing KG was commissioned to collect and analyze the data for us. The following is a presentation of the representative points of this year's INCONY customer survey.

1. How Satisfied are Our Customers with Us and Our Software?

All respondents indicated a level of satisfaction, 52% are very satisfied. 29% are even thrilled.

2. INCONY's Greatest Strengths from the Customer's Point of View

They very happy about the following aspects at INCONY

  • Reliable support
  • Availability over a wide period of time
  • All processes and functionalities can be used in a web-based manner
 

They also regard the following points as important and good at INCONY

  • Good price-performance ratio for services
  • Forward thinking beyond stated requirements
  • Quick understanding of customer requirements
  • Short response times
  • Easy creation of catalogs in multiple languages
  • Reworkability of generated print documents
  • Regular offer of information and interaction
 

3. Better than the Competition

The survey shows that INCONY scores particularly highly in terms of speed (44% better than other providers), competence (38% better than other providers) and customer service (38% better than other providers) in comparison with other providers.
Overall, INCONY is rated as " tending to be better" compared to our competitors.
