Terms and Conditions for the ANTEROS Forum Competition

  1. The competition is organized by INCONY AG (hereinafter referred to as "INCONY"). By participating in this competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The competition is in no way affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Hotelgift or any other third party.

  2. Participation in this competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are residents of countries where such participation is legal. Participants agree to ensure that their participation is in compliance with the legal requirements of their country of residence. Participants agree to ensure that their participation complies with the legal requirements of their country of residence and to register in time to participate in this year's ANTEROS Forum. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that participation in this competition is permitted under the laws of their country of residence. INCONY assumes no liability for any violations of local laws by participants

  3. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of products or services.

  4. The competition begins and ends with the ANTEROS Forum. Exact details regarding the date and time can be found in the agenda.

  5. Participants must have a working internet connection and be both logged in and present during the ANTEROS Forum. The participant must be present when the winners are announced (in the online conference room) to be eligible for the prize. Those who are not present at the draw will not be considered for the prize. The use of multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning is not permitted.

  6. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is INCONY. Participants' personal data will not be archived or shared with third parties. After the end of the competition and the distribution of the prize, the collected personal data will be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to store the data temporarily. The participant agrees that INCONY may collect the personal data provided after the winners have been determined for the duration of the competition.

  7. Participation in the competition takes place via the INCONY website. The exact URL will be communicated in the forum.

  8.  The winner will receive a €300 Hotelgift voucher from www.hotelgift.com, which can be redeemed for hotel bookings at various locations worldwide.

    1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    2. The general terms and conditions of Hotelgift apply and can be found on their website.

    3. INCONY is not responsible for the availability of hotels or any other issues related to the redemption of the voucher.

  9. INCONY is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or failures that may affect participation in the competition. Furthermore, INCONY is not liable for any errors or issues related to the Hotelgift voucher, including but not limited to hotel availability, voucher redemption, or terms imposed by Hotelgift

  10. INCONY reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation or attempt to influence the competition through technical manipulation. In the event of exclusion from the competition, the prize can also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

  11. The prize cannot be exchanged. Cash payout is not possible.

  12. The winner will be announced during the forum as part of the online webinar. The winner will then be asked to respond straight away and contact INCONY with their address in order to receive their prize via email.

  13. The winner agrees that their first name, last name and picture may be published on the company website and on the Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook pages of INCONY AG.

  14. If the winner is not present at the webinar during the prize draw, INCONY reserves the right to draw the prize again.

  15. After the end of the promotion period, the prize will be sent to the winner within 2 weeks. The prizes will be sent by INCONY.

  16. INCONY reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the terms and conditions of participation at any time without prior notice or justification. This option may be exercised in particular if the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.

  17. The competition is subject to German law. Legal recourse is excluded.

  19. By participating in this competition, entrants also agree to abide by INCONY’s general Terms of Service, which can be found at www.incony.de/en/terms-of-service/. In case of any conflict between these competition terms and the general Terms of Service, these competition terms shall prevail solely concerning the competition.
