INCONY AG was awarded a prestigious spot in the "MAIN Software 50" in 2022 in recognition of the success of its ANTEROS software.
Apprenticeship Award (IHK)
The Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) has honored INCONY for its outstanding work in apprenticeship training.
Germany at its best
ANTEROS was awarded the signet "Germany at its best" by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Energy, Industry, SMEs and Trade of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Label of the University of Paderborn
INCONY was honored as the most successful spin-off from the University of Paderborn in the field of electrical engineering, computer science and mathematics in recent years.
IT Best List in the "On demand" Category
ANTEROS was included in the "IT Best List" in the category "On demand" by the Initiative Mittelstand in 2010. ANTEROS has two technologically leading approaches in this segment: Print-on-demand with ANTEROS.print and images-on-demand with ANTEROS.mam.
Innovation Award, Category: OnDemand
INCONY was awarded the Innovation Prize of the Initiative Mittelstand in 2009 for our software ANTEROS in the category onDemand. This prize is awarded to companies that present the most innovative products for SMEs.
Innovation Award, Category: Data Management
The ANTEROS software was awarded the 2007 Innovation Prize of the Initiative Mittelstand in the Data Management category.
Catalog Manager of the Year
Rainer Holthaus, a customer of INCONY and head of international product documentation at the automotive supplier Hella, was named Catalog Manager of the Year by an independent jury in 2006 - proof of the high degree of optimization achieved by ANTEROS.
Founder's Prize
In 2001, INCONY received the Founder's Prize from the city of Paderborn in recognition of being one of the most innovative start-up projects.
Multimedia Award NRW
In 1999, the INCONY team received the Multimedia Award of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, valued at 10,000 deutschmarks, for ANTEROS and our media-neutral product data management for print, Internet and CD - providing a little starting capital for the management buy-out.
Our Board of Directors
INCONY AG was founded in 2000 by the three board members Aisch, Bernad and Radeke, who are the company's main shareholders. They financed the start-up phase of the initial years with private loans. The INCONY board has placed emphasis on competence and customer orientation from the very beginning. As a result, customer surveys conducted by independent consultants have shown that INCONY employees are rated as competent, committed and highly customer-oriented.
Holger Aisch
Head of Product Development
Mr. Aisch holds a degree in computer science from the University of Paderborn. Following his studies, he was involved in various Europe-wide projects at the university's research institute and devoted intensive work to databases, data structures, classifications, data modeling, exchange formats, interfaces, web technologies, and data systems distributed via the Internet. Mr. Aisch was instrumental in the conception and development of the first ANTEROS versions, which were used to implement and manage our first commercial customer projects. He took part in the management buy-out of INCONY and is currently responsible for product development at INCONY.
Dr. Elke Radeke
Head of Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance
Dr. Radeke completed her studies in computer science and business administration in Koblenz and Paderborn and completed her doctorate in 1995 under Prof. Dr. Scholl in the field of databases. Subsequently, she joined Siemens and worked on a project to connect databases to the Internet in cooperation with Bertelsmann. In 1996 Dr. Radeke established a team dedicated to web-based cross-media maintenance of product data and managed several pan-European projects until 2000. Dr. Radeke was instrumental in the management buy-out of INCONY AG and has since been responsible for sales, marketing, human resources and finance throughout INCONY.
Jorge Bernad
Head of Customer Projects
Mr. Bernad studied computer science in Zaragoza and Paderborn. After that he joined the research institute C-LAB where he worked on the development of the first versions of ANTEROS. He was involved in the management buy-out into INCONY AG and has carried out numerous customer projects in the new company and now coordinates projects company-wide.

As a successfully expanding company, INCONY AG is intensively involved in promoting young IT talent and IT in general, whether it be by leading the regional group of the German Informatics Society (Gesellschaft für Informatik) or via joint campaigns to promote young IT talent. We also support regional amateur sports and social projects. While our primary focus is on our customers, these efforts enable us to think outside the box and make a small contribution to ensuring we keep our world a better place.
Promoting Junior IT Talent
INCONY AG is involved in the initiative "Paderborn is Computer Science", both financially and in terms of personnel, to support young IT talent. This includes, for example, activities such as robot programming in events as well as the annual First Lego League or the girls4IT campaign to promote girls in the field of computer science.
Sports Sponsorship
Wearing the INCONY logo on the shoulders of their jerseys, the Endspurt Herford amateur cycling team is active in a wide range of competitions in Germany and the Benelux countries. INCONY has been supporting the club since the turn of the millennium and is always on hand.
Social Sponsorship
INCONY also supports a number of targeted social projects with donations such as, the media scouts at Reismann High School, who educate their fellow pupils about the dangers of the Internet, the Paderborn Clinic Clowns, who bring smiles to terminally ill children, the NRW campaign Lichtblicke (rays of hope) for people who have fallen on hard times through no fault of their own, or for the victims of the 2021 floods, aimed at alleviating the inconceivable hardship of the people affected.
Christmas Donation
Since 2013, INCONY has decided to donate to people in need every Christmas. During every INCONY Christmas party, employees can nominate a selected charity or good cause and the entire team votes on who should receive the donation. In the past, for example, donations have been made to Aktion Lichtblicke, the German Red Cross as well as to a coma patient in need.
