Based on the transferred data, current and customer-specific prices and availability can always be displayed in the store and functions such as an order history and repeating an order can be enabled. When your customer completes the order in the online store, all their contact information is already filled in with the customer data from the ERP and an order is automatically created in your ERP for the order.

With ANTEROS, you have the possibility to define several publications. In these, you can create different product ranges by individually deciding which product groups and which individual products are relevant for the range. This allows you to create a separate publication for each sales channel, sales area and country. You can use these publications to only ever display the product data that is relevant to your customers in the appropriate format, as this data can be specifically forwarded to print, web and apps.
Translations for International Sales
The ANTEROS translation memory system collects all texts used in the system in one central location, the dictionary. This includes product data, descriptions and marketing texts, among others. With the help of an automatic traffic light system, all texts are assigned a translation status. For example, the color red indicates "translation required". This means that the texts that still need to be translated can be filtered out and the actual translation process can then be carried out directly in ANTEROS or in an exported Excel list. This translation support can speed up and simplify the entire process so that you can offer and sell your products in different languages and therefore in different countries with little effort.
Create Personalized Catalogs on Demand
ANTEROS provides you with the feature of customer and excerpt catalogs to save you having to send out complete catalogs when a customer requests a selection of products. For example, you can combine all requested products in the ANTEROS folder and start automatic print generation for this selection only. Rules are defined in advance which, among other things, implement the layout to match your corporate design. This is then used for every catalog, regardless of whether it is a complete or excerpt catalog. For customer-specific catalogs, logos, names and addresses can be integrated on the cover page of the catalog, for example. There is no need to rework the documents manually with ANTEROS and special print elements such as catalog covers, indexes, handles and much more can be individually defined for each generation with just one click.
Present Product Data Clearly in the Online Store
To make your products available to all customers at all times, it makes sense to have your own online store and web catalog. With ANTEROS, this is easy to do thanks to an automated interface that ensures that the online store and catalog are always up-to-date. Additionally, customers can find products directly on your site using a simple or advanced search, then compare and order by adding a product to the shopping cart. The online store is responsive and looks great on all devices featuring your design. All information is clearly displayed.
Unrestricted Access to Product Data
Since all product data is maintained in one system in ANTEROS, the information can be extracted directly from the system and used for various purposes. In addition to catalogs and the online store, you can even display your products in an app to give your customers access to your products on the go. The app can be blocked for unauthorized users with a login, or it can be made freely accessible to anyone without a login. Specific functions such as a QR code scanner or photo search can be integrated for smartphones. In addition, the app interface can be designed according to your requirements and corporate design. The app itself is customized for the Android and iOS operating systems and their respective App Stores.
Custom Export Profiles for Customers
ANTEROS offers an extensive export framework and formats such as BMEcat, TecDoc, Arge, XML, Excel and CSV. In addition to pure product data and images, translations and the data structure with its category trees, parameter definitions and product relations can also be exported for customers. You can create custom export profiles that you can use for specific customer exports. For example, you can define which product parameters should be included in the export. This allows you to provide your customers with product information in the format they need. The export profile only needs to be defined once. It can then be used for every export, whether the entire product data is exported or just an extract.
