ANTEROS for Product Managers
A PIM system provides centralized management of all product information, thus avoiding data errors and inconsistent information. Additionally, they provide support for the market launch of new products and promote efficiency in collaboration with other departments by automating work processes. They also help to monitor and analyze product performance.

Transfer Product Information from Other Systems
The ANTEROS import framework allows you to import a wide variety of data into your PIM system in the standard formats Excel, CSV and XML. You can import categories, parameter definitions, media objects and dictionary entries as well as product types and data objects with column assignments. If the imported data does not completely match the data structure in your system, you have the option of mapping it before importing. This allows you to directly adapt the structure of the imported data. You can also decide whether you want to start the import immediately or at a later time, or define an interval for a repeated import.
Data Preparation for Standardized Structures
If you work a lot with external data, e.g. from suppliers, it is likely that their data structure does not match the structure of your company data. A common example here is that your supplier maintains the first and last name jointly in one table cell, while you manage the name in two separate cells. ANTEROS offers its own module for onboarding data for this purpose. In this module, you can define rules for mapping external data to the company's internal structure. Separate rules can be defined for each supplier. The onboarding process can be automated as soon as this rule exists. As a result, you always have data with the correct structure in your PIM system.
Create Multiple Classifications
You can manage your data structure in the form of classifications in the administration area of ANTEROS. A classification is a category tree consisting of all your product categories. There is no limit to the number of classifications that you can maintain simultaneously in ANTEROS. For example, you can create a classification for an industry-specific standard, such as TecDoc, ETIM or eClass, but at the same time maintain a company-specific structure for your data. In data maintenance, you can assign a product to several categories that are in different classifications and thus also use different parameter designations or values.
Maintain Multiple Product Ranges
If a company operates internationally, or if different sales areas are covered by one company, specific product ranges usually have to be implemented for each country or sales area. ANTEROS offers the publication function for this purpose. In a publication, you first see the entire category tree of your data structure. Based on this, you can decide which category or even which individual product is relevant for this publication or range. In addition, custom cover pages can be stored for each publication so that a print document can be individually adapted to a country or sales area.
Define Fixed Processes in Data Maintenance
Workflows allow you to define fixed task sequences for processes in ANTEROS. For example, you can define a mandatory review step when creating a new product before it can be released. In each step of the workflow, you can select a user group or even an individual user who is responsible for each task. When a task is assigned, the user can be informed via an e-mail notification or a display in the dashboard. No programming experience is required to define workflows, as a graphical editor is used in which elements are simply placed and linked together using drag-and-drop.
Maintain High Quality Product Data in One System
One of the main arguments in favor of the ANTEROS PIM system is that all product data and media objects, whether technical or intended for marketing, can be maintained centrally in a single system. This means that there is only one source for product information in your company. This drastically reduces the maintenance effort and the risk of redundant or incorrect data. In addition, the quality of your data can be monitored with test reports and quality levels. You can use these to set quality milestones and indicate, for example, when a product is ready to be integrated into the online store. The dashboard visualizes the progress of the test reports to give you an overview of the data and your tasks.
Different Views for Data Maintenance
Various interfaces have been implemented to maintain data in ANTEROS to ensure a suitable view for every working focus and screen size. The standard display is the combination of the product list and the editor. This allows you to select the product you want to edit from the list and adjust it quickly.
| Additionally, you can work with two lists and an editor. One list contains all product families in the system. If a series is subsequently selected, the associated products are displayed in the next list. This allows you to quickly switch between editing a product family and a product in one interface.
| Furthermore, a display was implemented which shows your classification with the categories on the left-hand side and a product list on the right-hand side. Here, the list is restricted according to the selection of a category and, it is possible to perform mass processing functions or print generation for the restricted products, for example.

Finally, you can use a separate editor for a second window when working with two screens. This editor continues to communicate with the other browser window's views.
Utilize Data for a Wide Range of Applications
ANTEROS' flexible export framework allows you to export all your data in the standard formats Excel, CSV and XML. You can also create retailer-specific export profiles to always provide your retailers with exactly the data they need in the structure they require. You can also decide whether the export should be started immediately or at a later time, and whether it should be repeated. Finally, other third-party systems can be deeply integrated into ANTEROS via REST interfaces so that your PIM data can always be displayed and used in other systems, such as Shopware.
