How ANTEROS can Specifically Support you as an IT Specialist

Flexible Access with a Web-based System

ANTEROS is entirely web-based. There is therefore no need to install any software, as the PIM system is accessed via a web browser. Any browser can be used. This means that your colleagues can access the system from any location, from their home office or even when they are on the move. All they need is a user name and password to access the PIM system and the data. User access and editing rights are controlled via various user roles that you can define yourself.

Installing the System on the Server

If you choose the ANTEROS software by INCONY, you have two options for hosting the system. One option is to host the system on your own servers, so that you can, for example, install all the applications used in your company in one place. Alternatively, your system can also be hosted on INCONY's servers. It should be emphasized that these servers are located in Germany at our company headquarters.

Importing Data from Different Sources

The flexible import capabilities of ANTEROS allow you to import all types of data with little effort. The standard formats available include Excel, CSV and GOM-XML for importing product information and an additional media import. Additional import types, such as BMEcat, Arge and ETIM, can also be added according to your requirements. The source of the import can be a local file on your PC, a hotfolder or a URL for download.

Customizable Export options for Individual Requirements

ANTEROS provides standard exports in Excel, CSV and GOM-XML formats, which allow you to export any product information, such as categories, parameter definitions and structured types. Retailer and industry-specific exports can also be generated. Before each export, you can narrow down the information with data settings. This allows you to specify the data type, types and range and even define attribute conditions that the export will adhere to. You then receive the necessary product data in the desired format at any time and can respond to the individual data requirements of retailers and customers accordingly.

Automated Data Synchronization with REST Interfaces

ANTEROS has its own REST web services that allow third-party systems to be deeply integrated so that your PIM system can communicate with other applications. These interfaces allow you to display and use your PIM data in third-party systems, such as your CMS system. You can automate the exchange between the two systems so that data is synchronized once a day, for example, and any changed information is adjusted accordingly.

Configuration of the Operating Elements

In ANTEROS, the user interface can be customized with certain rights. Using so-called control elements, you have the option of changing how the elements are arranged and adjusting them to the requirements of your company and data. You can also edit the configurations and settings for all elements in order to further customize the appearance and functionality of any object.

Change Log provides a History of Changes to the Product

Every object in the system that can be edited, regardless of whether it is a product family, a product, a category or a media asset, comes with a change log. In this log, you can track every change that has been made to the object. You can see who made which change and when. The list of changes can be restricted using a date, a user or the type of editing. A global change log is also included, which lists all changes that have been made in the system.

Performing Planned Processes and Maintenance

The administration section of ANTEROS contains a process monitor that provides you with an overview of all running, planned and completed processes in your system. An example of a process is the generation of a print document. You can also use the monitor to pause processes or change the sequence of planned processes. For example, orders for customers can be prioritized and therefore carried out before others. You can also carry out maintenance processes independently in the administration area in order to always receive correct and up-to-date data.
