
INCONY Customer Survey 2011
In 2011 the consulting firm Grothus van Koten Mittelstandsmarketing KG was commissioned to collect and analyze the data for us. The following is a presentation of the representative points of this year's INCONY customer survey.
1. How Satisfied are Our Customers with Us and Our Software?
All respondents indicated a level of satisfaction, 52% are very satisfied. 29% are even thrilled.

3. Better than the Competition
The survey shows that INCONY scores particularly highly in terms of speed (44% better than other providers), competence (38% better than other providers) and customer service (38% better than other providers) in comparison with other providers.
Overall, INCONY is rated as " tending to be better" compared to our competitors.
